agenda: survey and questions, database, purpose statement (note, this meeting happened after the BNA general meeting)

Database: Asa talked to a realtor about houses for sale and is currently collecting information about property exchange in the neighborhood. it was suggested that we work with surrounding neighborhoods including Eliot on land use issues. one route would be using the various neighborhjood papers that exist. including the Eliot star. someone noted an ironic note that the Eliot NA wanted to see more high income housing.

additional notes: we should keep a better eye and start discussing issues on williams and vancouver. there currently is Backbridge Station (88 units) at Fremont and Williams, being built by Ben Kaiser. Also, it would be nice to have a photo archive of new developments, what the sites looked like before during and after.

survey: nicole may have potential questions. we should use common sense in forming questions. coalition offices may have survey templates. albina plan has amendments at the end that include some words about the Boise neighborhood.

• facts should be inculded on the survey
• arterial building should be kept in mind
• limitations are important and should be noted
• should include the overall plan and intentions, the purpose of the development
• development specific surveys should include "reviewable items" as listed on the city notice about developments.
