People are consered about functions at Boys and Girls club, Miricle Club, effects what happens affter party. More solutions other than more police and security NE Coalition is taking the lead on finding more possitive solutions.

VI. Traffic Calming
Topic came out of Historic Business association. Traffic from City yard use to go some where else and now going up mississippi. Letter was drafted and asked for us to read and vote on letter.
Would there be signs to redirect traffic. Could we change commercial traffic to city trucks. Might want to put in letter about structural change to the street coming up. Unanimuse vote to right a letter. with additions above. 35 for No againts or abstentions.
