BNA Board Meeting
Meeting called to order 6:30 p.m.
Present: Nicole, Dan, Chris, Neil, Jon, Justin

First Item: Announcements
Communications Chair stepped down, we are looking for good candidates.

Second Item: Committee reports

Safety/Dan:
****Someone is looking for a Blockwatch at Gantenbein and Shaver.
****Concern with John Palmer House noise.
****At last CSAL meeting they met with officials to discuss the difference between emergency and non-emergency events.
****Hope and Hard Work discussed.
****City is taking high grass calls with trash calls starting May 2nd and regular high grass calls starting May 15th.

Communications update

Finance:
****We still have our greenspace development fund set aside.

Chair:
****Changes to the Bylaws will be posted online and made available in hard copy at various locations.

Third Item: General Membership Agenda

Land Use:
****List of issues/demands to propose to developers.

Committee Updates:
****Spring Cleanup
****National Night Out
****Blue Gardenia Liquor License. Make 10 copies of liquor license comment form.

Bylaws discussion and vote

Boise Elliot police/traffic study (20 minutes):
****Regarding Land Use, I-5 bottleneck solutions, we might want to start attending those meetings.
****Regarding Port of Portland fly-over study, Chris believes Life Flight makes us a blackout zone.
