• agreed it should be turned into planter but business association needs to give okay for that
• all the garbage cans are basically orphans
• kay: these came out of the target area which came out of the PDC
• nicole: proposed writing letter to PDC
• also proposed shrinking the cans and shrinking the opening at the top
• also proposed making sure theyre ALL in front of businesses that are willing to maintain them
