Eighteen months after floating plans for a new store, McDonald’s has dropped plans to build a restaurant on the site of the old Raven Creamery on NE MLK just south of Fremont.
The fast-food chain’s real estate representative told the Oregonian in mid-April that the company would no longer seek to develop the property, which lies just outside the Boise neighborhood in Eliot.
The old creamery is still for sale.
